After working in interactive, and more specifically e-comm, design work is chalk full of limitations. Every design choice is scrutenized and subject to group-think, user-testing, ADA compliance, arm-chair 'UX designers'... it's all pretty soulless at the end of the day.
I see print, and specifically posters, as a home for free expression that skirts any and all responsibilities beyond being interesting and fun. To me, thats far more interesting than re-skinning the same old dead cat on the web. These one-offs are stand-alone explorations that are not apart of any broader series. I had a singular idea, and I went for it. And if it was any good, it went here.
